Choice Event - Lunch at Wellen Park in North Port

Let's go see SW Florida’s newest community – Wellen Park in North Port. With golf course, walking trails, parks, school, downtown with shops and restaurants, there's lots to explore

We’ll meet at the Welcome Center, 12275 Mercado Dr., North Port, FL at 11:00 a.m. for a brief presentation about Wellen Park with its Downtown area, community amenities and 13 diverse neighborhoods.

Then we’ll enjoy a delicious lunch at The Banyan House with beautiful lakeside views. Afterwards you will be free to explore the new shops and the 13 neighborhoods with model homes, or hit the stores on 41 in North Port on the way back to PGI.

The Wellen Park Welcome Center is 24 miles north from PGI off Route 41 (or you can reach it by 75 if you prefer) it's about a 40 minute drive. If you wish to carpool check the list of registrants on the Paradise Friends calendar and give someone a call.
