FREE Chair-a-Cise Class on Wednesday, July 10 at 10 a.m.
Come and experience the “Joyful Movement”. This class is great for anyone who can benefit from the support of a chair during exercise. “Chair-a-Cise” centers around, strengthening, coordination, mobility and cognitive health. This 50-minute class includes exercises from yoga, Tai Chi, aerobics, and strength training set to uplifting music. This class will join the PGICA’s lineup beginning Wednesdays, July 17 at $12 per class. Instructor Lisa Schneck
