Caregiving can be an expression of love or a necessary role, as well as numerous other situational conditions. No matter the underlying reason, motivation or need, the role of caregiving can be stressful and strain the health and well-being of the caregiver. There can be rewards for caregivers, yet there are substantial costs to caregivers: financially, physically, socially and emotionally. This workshop will address these loses and offer ways to cope and re-capture the elements that caregivers loose. Please join us to support each other and gain new insights. Instructor: Debbie Krider.
