Hey Castaways!
We’re firing up a very special kind of backyard BBQ — Backyard Hibachi!
Join us on Sunday, April 19th at 1:00 PM as Rich Cornell and Sandy Bequette graciously open their beautiful home as the perfect setting for a Castaways lunch and show.

If you’ve never experienced hibachi dining, you’re in for a treat! A professional hibachi chef cooks your meal right in front of you on a large flat-top grill, combining great food with a fun, interactive show. Expect impressive knife skills, sizzling grills, and a few classic hibachi surprises along the way!
Arrival:
Please plan to arrive between 12:15 PM and 12:30 PM so everyone is seated and ready when the chef begins the show promptly at 1:00 PM.
BYOB
Cost: $53.25 per person
Your meal includes:
• Fresh salad
• Hibachi fried rice
• Choice of TWO proteins per person:
Chicken, Steak, Shrimp, or Salmon
To ensure our full menu is secured, payment must be received no later than Monday, April 13th at 5:00 PM.
Payment Instructions:
Please submit a check payable to PGI Castaways along with a note indicating your two protein choices.
Payments may be dropped off at the PGICA office in an envelope with “Castaways” written on the outside or made at any Castaways event prior to the deadline.
This will be a fun, flavorful afternoon with great friends, delicious food, and a little hibachi flair. We hope to see you there!
