SF WE SURVIVED HURRICANE ELSA RAFT UP - Location updated

We Survived Hurricane Elsa Raft-up - Friday, July 9 - 11:30am - 2:30pm

By Friday, Hurricane Elsa will be a distant memory and we'll have lots of stories to tell (real or make-believe).  Let's celebrate the end of the week with a "raft-up".  :

Location of the raft-up will be:

- Outside Alligator Creek Inlet just SW of the shallow area known as the "Skating Rink"
- Approx GPS location is: 26°52.60 N 82°04.30 W
- Water will likely be 2-4 feet, on a rising tide.
- Bottom will be sandy
- Boats can tie together or anchor close together.
- Approach this spot from the W or SW or S.  There is shallow water N, NE, E and SE of this spot.

If you have questions about the location, please contact Kevin at 312-493-5577.  He will send you a couple of pictures of the chart where the location is.


Bring your boat or jump on another member's boat.  Bring your own food and drink and floats.

It is important to register for the cruise on the seafarers website.
