Come learn how to make delicious French desserts! Using family and traditional recipes we will start our classes together and then you will finish them at home, (but not before tasting the end result in class!) Topics: January - Galette des Rois, February - Crepes, March - Pate Brisee and Pate Sablee, and April - Clafoutis aux Cerises. Students should bring medium sized Tupperware containers, mixing bowls, and wooden spoons. (Maximum 10 students).
