Come learn how to make delicious French desserts! Using family and traditional recipes, we will start our classes together and then you will finish them at home (but not before tasting the end result in class!). This month we will be making a traditional spring/summer dessert, a Clafoutis aux Cerises! Students should bring 2 medium mixing bowls, wooden spoon, whisk, measuring cups, and sifter.
