Mellow Morning Yoga, Tuesdays 10:00-11:00 a.m. and Thursdays 9:00-10:00 a.m. $10/class. Enjoy a safe and playful mixed level Yoga Flow class designed for beginners to intermediate level practitioners. We will explore awareness of the mind/body connection to inspire good posture, better breathing, movement, balance and relaxation.
