Tai Chi Yang 24: Mondays, February 12 through April 1. 10 to 11 a.m. $20 per class. In this class students will learn the 24 movements of Yang 24. The slow movement will improve coordination and balance, increase your strength and stamina, and decrease your stress. Instructor: Mary Curtis.
